You understand that your content (excluding credit card info) may be transferred unencrypted over networks. You agree not to copy or resell any part of the service without our written permission.

3. No Liability

Verified By Anna is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the information provided. All authentication outcomes represent professional opinions, not absolute guarantees. Users acknowledge that authentication is inherently subjective and may vary depending on available evidence and expert interpretation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Verified By Anna, its affiliates, employees, and contractors shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or reliance on our services, including but not limited to financial loss, reputational damage, or disputes with third parties.

3. No Affiliation

Verified By Anna is an independent authentication service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any luxury brands, designers, or manufacturers. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Luxury brands assessed are not responsible for, bound by, or required to recognise any findings, reports, or certificates issued by Verified By Anna, and may not honour such documentation.

4. Service Limitations

Authentication results are based solely on the materials provided by the user. We do not guarantee authenticity in cases where insufficient or misleading information is submitted. Our assessments should not be used as the sole basis for financial or legal decisions (excluding Tier 3).

5. Changes to service and prices

We can change our services or prices at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes or discontinuation of service.

6. Services

Our services are digital and delivered via email. We are not responsible for issues with email delivery. Photos submitted for authentication may be used for educational purposes, and you must have rights to the photos you submit. Our authentication is an expert opinion and should not be treated as legal documentation or brand affiliation.

If we suspect fraudulent photos, we may stop the process and suspend the service. Refunds in these cases are issued only in the form of credit with proof (e.g. photo of Verified By Anna receipt next to your government issued ID). Refunds to the original payment method are not possible in this situation.

7. Billing and account information

We can refuse any order. You agree to provide accurate and updated billing info. Delivery of services are digital, it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct email address. Safe-Buy reports can not be tampered with, adjusted, resold or transferred to another person. Certificates are for personal use by the original client only, For more details, see our Refund Policy.

8. Optional tools

We may offer third-party tools “as is” without warranties. Third party platforms are used for cross-checking sellers, link risk assessment and reverse image check photos, seller verification and other services. By agreeing to these terms you consent for Verified By Anna to distribute your provided assets/photos/conversation trails, etc. to 3rd party platforms to successfully compete the authentication process. When Tier 3 launches, best of class industry-standard AI powered devices will be used. For Tier 3 our in-house luxury professionals meticulously inspect each item meticulously . We use AI powered technology to authenticate every fine detail of your product providing Full Safe-Buy physical authentication. Full financial guarantee may be offered through our Safe-Buy Tier 3 3rd party partner and is subject to strict 3rd party terms and conditions.

10. Third-party links

We are not responsible for third-party websites or content linked on our site. Use them at your own discretion.

11. User comments and feedback

If you submit comments or ideas, we may use them without restriction. You are responsible for what you post and agree not to post anything unlawful, harmful or misleading on all social media platform without prior written consent from us. If you are unsatisfied with a service please reach out to use first with the issue. We will address your concerns.
